2026 Car Raffle Terms & Conditions
- Total number of Car Key Winner draws 50 between 01/01/2026 – 27/11/2026.
- Superheroes Shire of Berry Potter Raffle Car valued at $25,800.
- Raffle Tickets cost $5 each.
- Multiple $5 Raffle Tickets can be purchased.
- Raffle tickets can be purchased online at websites shoalhavensuperheroes.com.au, superheroescommunitycare.com.au, via the Car Raffle Ticket QR code, and at the Superheroes Community Care fundraising activities and events.
- 100% of raffle ticket proceeds go to operating the Supanova Superheroes Community Care Country Retreat, Sunset Haven Retreat, and Diversity Retreat, and providing short stay accommodation for families with chronically ill kids and families requiring benevolent assistance at Broughton Vale, New South Wales, Perth, Western Australia, and the Gold Coast, Queensland.
- All 50 Car Key Winner draws will be videoed and posted on Facebook (@shoahavensuperheroes) and Instagram (@shoalhavensuperheroes).
- Car Winner draw date 27 November 2026 at Shoalhaven Heads Bowling and Recreation Club, Shoalhaven Heads, NSW 2535
- All purchased Raffle Tickets stay in the draw untill the 48th Car Key Winner Draw. The 49th and 50th Car Key Winners will be drawn from tickets purchased at the gala dinner on 27th November 2026.
- Car Key Winners are requested to attend the Car Winner Draw at the Charity Gala Dinner (cost $45ph) and for guests (cost $80ph). If a Car Key Winner is not able to attend the Car Winner Draw Charity Gala Dinner, the Car Key Winner can either organise a Nominated Representative, or the organiser if requested will arrange a Nominated Representative for them (cost $45ph) and guest ($80ph).
- The Raffle Ticket Car will be driven to some Superheroes Community Care fundraising activities and events which will likely result in up to 5,000km usage being recorded.
- The Raffle Ticket Car will have 7 years warranty, unlimited kilometers
- The Raffle Ticket Car will have comprehensive insurance from 02/12/2025 – 1/12/2026, and registration.
- Confirmation and copies of online purchased Car Raffle Tickets will usually be sent within 2 weeks by mobile phone text message.
- The Car Winner is required to pick up the 2026 Raffle Car by 15/01/2027 and have car insurance cover in place before collecting the Raffle Car. The Car Winner will also have to pay the Stamp Duty as part of completing ownership transfer.
